The champagne CARTE BLANCHE Demi-Sec from ROEDERER is a rich, creamy and full, balanced with fine acidity wine. It is elaborated from a blend combining 6 years of harvest, some of which being sourced from the private Reserve Wine collection of Louis Roederer.
Carte Blanche offers intense floral tones (honey) and notes of ripe sweet fruits and warm sugar almonds (frangipane). Dosage adds a rich, creamy texture with great length but without being heavy. The freshness of the wine supports this length bringing a well-balanced and highly persistent wine.
